Brazilian Churrasco Staple Creamy Cheesy Garlic Bread Pao De Alho

Details
No Brazilian churrasco is complete without this outrageously creamy, cheesy, and garlicky bread. It's the kind of appetizer that makes you forget the main course is even coming.
Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat your oven or grill to 200°C (400°F).
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, softened butter, and chopped parsley. Mix until everything is well incorporated. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Slice the baguette or rolls every 2-3 cm, cutting about three-quarters of the way through but leaving the bottom intact. Carefully spread the creamy garlic mixture between each slice and over the top of the bread.
Place the bread on a baking sheet or wrap the bottom in foil for the grill. Bake or grill for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown on top. Serve immediately.
