30-day return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Perishables and opened food products can’t be returned.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to arrange.

International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
Gifts
Gift returns must be initiated by the purchaser.
Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or returned to sender, we’ll refund the order minus shipping costs.
