In a bowl, combine the beef cubes, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove the garlic with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Increase the heat to high. Add the marinated beef to the hot pan in a single layer, searing for 1-2 minutes per side until browned but still slightly pink inside. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
Reduce the heat to medium, return all the beef to the pan, and add the butter. Stir continuously until the butter has melted and created a glossy sauce. Stir in half of the fried garlic. Serve immediately on a sizzling platter if you have one, topped with the remaining crispy fried garlic.
