We ship globally. Please note that shipments outside of the UK may incur a slightly higher delivery fee and longer delivery times. Customers may also be subject to additional charges upon import, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for most items. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened seasonings, supplements, or other perishables.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
